Title21 Health Solutions (“Title21”), an innovative provider of Health and Life Science cloud solutions, is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative. This role will have primary responsibility for generating sales leads and qualifying prospects. The candidate will have a demonstrated track record of successful Business Development within a team charged with selling Enterprise SaaS solutions into the clinical Healthcare space (hospitals Standard-of-Care workflows, BMT programs, Lab Medicine, Pathology, etc.) including academia/research areas, and cGMP Life science verticals such as commercial cGMP firms in Cell and Gene Therapy, regenerative medicine, immunotherapy, and personalized medicine areas (Biologic, Biopharma and Biotech manufacturers, CDMO/CMO/CRO and similar)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on assigned goals in the Title21 Growth Plan
  • Develop and implement sales strategies/plans to achieve goals
  • Capitalize on their existing relationships in the target verticals to meet goals
  • Develop new and manage existing sales channels
  • Oversee and manage the sales pipeline in the Title21 CRM
  • Negotiate and close Enterprise placements
  • Develop and deliver senior-level presentations that address customer business needs and the Title21 solutions targeted to meeting those customer-centric needs
  • Deliver detailed and accurate sales forecasts at monthly/quarterly/annual intervals to senior management

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of Account Management experience in the above verticals
  • Successful track record of placing enterprise software solutions with customers in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry
  • Possession of an existing set of relationships in the target verticals that can be leveraged
  • Highly motivated, strategic thinker with experience developing and implementing sales plans that yield results
  • Experience presenting to prospects’ users, SMEs, senior management and C-level suite.
  • Experience with customer-centric sales methodologies and pipeline management
  • Strong understanding of the Title21 target verticals and solution domains
  • Ability to deliver technical and complex concepts in a coherent, effective and simple manner
  • Ability to travel for in-person sales calls, trade shows and events to develop key relationships
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technology and success in closing business

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • International experience is a plus

Education

A four-year degree is required, preferably a BS in the Health or Life Sciences

Full Time, Non-Exempt (W-2)

Location

Within the continental US. Will require travel to Phoenix regularly
